Officer Background:

Randy Tepper, CFSP - President
Outside sales, marketing and operations

Randy began his career in foodservice in 1977, directly after college, representing most of the company's current lines. As president of Tepper & Associates, he covers the entire Florida market selling and managing the firm. He is ServSafe and CFSP certified.

George Engilis
Outside sales and end-user market

George joined our firm in 2004. He comes with twenty years experience, including a culinary background as well as extensive experience in the food service industry dealer and re-distribution segments. George will cover both the Central and North Florida area.
  

Rey Sanchez
Outside sales and end-user market

Rey joined the firm in 2003. He comes with ten years experience from a local food service equipment manufacturer in South Florida. Rey will cover South Florida.
  

Kevin Smith
Outside sales and end-user market

Kevin joined our firm in 2003 with over twenty years experience in the food service industry. He will cover the Gulf Coast and Tampa Bay area.
